Steps to Get Started At Peace

The next steps depend on your child's grade level. Our school office will help you schedule screenings, gather records, and confirm the enrollment path.

Early Learning Center (ELC)

  1. Step 1: Contact the Early Learning Center to inquire about availability and schedule a tour.
  2. Step 2: Meet with ELC staff to discuss your child’s needs, schedule, and program options.
  3. Step 3: Complete enrollment paperwork and confirm your child’s placement.

Students entering Kindergarten and 1st grade

  1. Step 1: Contact the school office to inquire about and schedule a screening date. PWCCS conducts developmental screenings for all prospective applicants beginning in February.
  2. Step 2: Schedule a meeting with the principal and Kindergarten or 1st grade teacher to review the observation report.
  3. Step 3: PWCCS will follow up with the family to confirm the next step for enrollment.

Students entering 2nd-8th grade

  1. Step 1: Contact the office to schedule a tour and testing. PWCCS conducts grade level screening for all prospective applicants in Reading, Math, and Writing. Families should also submit a record request from the previous school.
  2. Step 2: Schedule a meeting with the principal and grade level teacher or teachers to review testing and previous school records.
  3. Step 3: PWCCS will follow up with the family to confirm the next step for enrollment.

TUITION

Tuition and Registration Fees 2026-2027

Open Enrollment for the 26-27 school year starts February 2nd, 2026.

Kindergarten - 5th Grade

Members of Peace With Christ Lutheran Church receive the Member Discount of 15%.

Families with more than one child (K-8) receive the Multiple Student Discount of 10%, taken off the family total.

Financial assistance is available and may be applied for by any family. Please contact the school office for more information and required forms. The application process is required each year and must be completed by April 18, 2025 for the coming school year.

Payment Options

  • 10-month plan: August-May by check, bank-mailed check, money order, cash, or Vanco ACH Program.
  • 12-month plan: July-June by Vanco ACH Program only.
  • Full or semester plan: first payment by August 15th and second semester payment by January 16th.
  • A 5% discount off total tuition is given for the full or semester plan.

Additional Fees

  • Registration Fee: $500 per child / $1,250 family maximum.
  • Extended Student Care Registration: $50 per child.
  • Extended Student Care Hourly Rate: $7.50 first child / $6.00 additional child.
  • Athletics, Grades 5-8: $125 per child for fall, winter, and spring seasons.
  • Additional fees include field trips, academic support, Outdoor Education for 6th Grade, and the 8th Grade class trip.

Kindergarten - Grade 8: 8:15am - 3:15pm

Extended Student Care: 7:00am - 8:00am and 3:15pm - 6:00pm
